How do I order a prescription medicine?

Upload your prescription. A licensed pharmacist reviews it — usually within the hour during business hours — then we prepare your medicine for delivery or pickup.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Over-the-counter medicines can be ordered as a guest. You’ll get a tracking link either way.

How do I pay?

There’s no online payment yet. Pay on delivery, via M-Pesa on confirmation, or at the branch — we’ll confirm the total first.

Is my prescription kept private?

Yes. Prescriptions are confidential, access-controlled, and only seen by licensed pharmacists.

Where do you deliver?

Same-day within Nairobi and nationwide dispatch from our three branches. Delivery areas vary by branch.
